We have various methods which can be used to report damage incidents to OPDR. In addition to our 24 x 7 contact answering point we have a secured network operation available by using our web reporting tool. Recovery Process

While it is improbable to stop all damage, OPDR will partner with you to reduce damage incidents and to educate frequent damagers.

All Damage Incidents submitted are recorded in our Summit® proprietary claims tracking database - which tracks file activity, disposition and financial information. This system captures all related claims documents and is available for claims information retrieval by your staff 24 x 7.
